Steam confirms those outcomes, but it does not say whether both outcomes can be earned from one run. If your current save setup lets you return to a point before the encounter, preserve that option before choosing a route.
How to get Cut The Act

Which achievements still need verified solutions?
These four achievements have a name but no public requirement on Steam:

The names Escape, Return, and Stay are not enough to reliably match them to Ending A, B, or C. Until the ending routes are reproduced on the current release, any exact mapping would be a guess.
